Marketing Manager
Minimum 6 years in FMGC, experience in skin care business preferred. - Identity and build strategic brand and marketing directions for assigned brands Devising strategic marketing plan with direct P&L responsibility for the assigned skincare brands for - Work closely with internal R&D and involves in new product development packaging projects, from concept transformation to commercialization and distribution - Work closely with market research company and production house to develop all ATL and BTL materials - Lead and supervise consumer /market research projects in - Keeping close contact with Regulatory team in our factory in order to maintain a thorough and current understanding of labelling, standard laws for consumer goods of PRC market - Supervising product manager in promotion and advertising plan execution for Providing branding guidelines in terms of counter design, product planogram, key advertising visuals, POPM development and etc. - Assisting Marketing Director in overseeing assigned category business and P&L - Overseeing the setting of annual and monthly sales budget by working closely with - Marketing Managers of other product line as well as general sales team - Establishing and managing critical key performance indicators for general trade sales team so as to drive them working towards company target.
