Search Candidates:Candidates’ information are analyzed in accordance with our company’s WOP process, including job status, service capacity, professional skills, the ability to deal with emergencies, integrated management capabilities, ability to adapt to different environments, causes of separation, the current salary structure and expectations of the candidates, select the candidates to meet the requirement, and then arrange for the first interviews. Interview:First interview on the candidate mainly evaluating the personality, service capacity, professional skills, work performance, ability to deal with emergencies, integrated management capabilities, ability to adapt to different environments, strengths and weaknesses of the candidate. Evaluation:According to different positions, we will analyze candidates' advantage, disadvantage, specialty and proper position by our standard interview procedure or interview evaluation tools, so that we can get the match between candidate and the target position. An assessment of the candidate with be written based on the evaluation. Recommendation & Arrange Interview:We will provide comprehensive information of the assessed candidate to customers and arranging interviews for candidate in accordance with the requirements of our customers. Afterwards, we collect feedback information from the client and the candidate to assist the two sides on the specific terms for effective communication. Following Interview & Negotiate Offer:Recommend the suitable candidate to our client, and assist our client to arrange interview. If the client and our candidate come to an agreement, negotiation on offer will begin. Track Entry Situation:Provide the candidates to be recruited personnel consulting and assist resignation, maintain uninterrupted contact with clients to help resolve difficulties and obstacles encountered during the probationary period and making sure that the candidates are success and achieve mutually satisfactory results. |
