1. Design, implement and maintain an effective and efficient logistics system in line with the business development.
2. Lead logistics team to ensure logistics operations are aligned with business strategies.
3. Drive the process to ensure key logistics performance indicators are effectively met.
4. Drive logistics cost improvement initiatives to achieve cost reduction goals.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree.
2. Minimum 7 years logistics experience in foreign manufacturing companies, of which more than 3 years as department head.
3. Able to influence the management and business partners.
4. Demonstrate strong leadership and able to motivate and coach team member.
5. Able to demonstrate strong planning, negotiation and project management skills.
6. Ability to understand and use financial reports as a management tool.
7. Good communication skills in English, both speaking and writing.
8. MRP literate, SAP preferred.
